My own design - I haven't seen anything like it elsewhere. Each side panel can be set and locked independently at 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°, 40°, 50° or 60°. From a completely flat board to a steep V, or each side different. Handmade in my small workshop in Slovakia. I've been making spreading boards for over 15 years and I set every butterfly I collect on them.
- MDF board with 3 mm balsa on top, the balsa is covered with a grid sticker
- length 40 cm, side panels 7 cm, gap 10 mm
About the grid sticker: the lines run across the board, perpendicular to the groove. They help you set the inner edge of the forewing at 90° to the body and check that both sides are symmetrical.
Need a different size? I can adjust the board and groove dimensions, for example for moths like Noctuidae. Just send me a message here.
Shipping: 4.90 EUR to Europe, 7.90 EUR worldwide. Additional items ship free in the same parcel. Shipped from Slovakia.
Cheers,
Chris
